I began Mode with the intention of bringing old garments back to life. 

The label emerged from a combined love for sustainability and the cyclical trends of fashion as old styles emerge and re-emerge — an ode to recycling in all its forms.  

I hope to foster a deeper appreciation for the stories behind each garment, and in doing so, aim to combat the horrors of Australia’s textile waste problem. Even if it’s only by a little bit.

Each piece is lovingly handpicked in Melbourne by me, Mae.
